At The Armored Cross Warriors’ Academy (ACWA), we are proud to launch the A.C.E. Program (Adaptive Capabilities and Excellence)—a uniquely structured training path designed to develop physical, cognitive, and emotional skills in a safe, therapeutic environment.
Our curriculum blends:
- Filipino Martial Arts (Kali) for coordination, focus, and mindful movement.
- Calisthenics & Circuit Training to build strength, endurance, and body awareness.
- Precision Projectile Sports to enhance motor control, timing, and focus.
- Confidence-Building Exercises that foster self-esteem, persistence, and positive behavior.
The A.C.E. Program emphasizes structure, predictability, and controlled progression, helping participants develop:
- Physical coordination and motor skills
- Self-regulation and discipline
- Therapeutically-aligned abilities that support day-to-day functioning
This program is not about sport sparring or competitive fighting. Instead, it is designed as skill-based martial training with therapeutic alignment, implemented in cooperation with Occupational Therapy (OT) and Physical Therapy (PT) recommendations.
Through A.C.E., we equip participants with tools for growth in body, mind, and spirit, fostering excellence in movement and behavior while reinforcing the values of discipline, focus, and perseverance.
